JOHN LENNON AND SEAN, BERMUDA 1980

During the summer of 1980, John Lennon set sail for Bermuda. John stayed for two months and started working intently on new material, including, Starting Over, Watching the Wheels, with which he would return to the recording studios and plan to take on the road with a band.
Sean, was four during the months he and his father spent on the island. One of the youngster’s favourite pastimes was to wander the historic streets of St George’s. The first permanent English settlement on the island, St. George’s is the oldest continuously-inhabited English town in the New World and with colourful architecture.
